How to Start a Return
Email us at info@xan2nat.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond with instructions. Please do not send products back before contacting us.

Refunds
Once your request is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
