Cancellation policy

Xan2Nat offers subscription (recurring delivery) options in addition to one-time purchases. This policy explains how subscriptions work and how to cancel.

How Subscriptions Work
When you choose a subscription option at checkout, your card will be charged automatically and a new order will be shipped to you on the recurring schedule you selected (for example, every 30 days), until you cancel.

How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge, with no cancellation fee. To cancel, contact us at info@xan2nat.com with your order/subscription details, or use the account management link included in your subscription confirmation email. Cancel at least 3 business days before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

Skipping or Changing an Order
You can also skip an upcoming shipment or change your subscription frequency by contacting us at info@xan2nat.com before the next billing date.

One-Time Order Cancellation
If you placed a one-time (non-subscription) order, you may cancel it free of charge at any time before it has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it under our Refund Policy.

We may update this policy as our subscription program evolves. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
